A new finishing shop in Rose Hill, started by Bobby and Cara Mader to give tier-1 suppliers the capacity they need without adding permanent headcount.
Why we started this
Wichita's OEMs run on a deep bench of tier-1 suppliers, and every one of those shops has the same problem on a busy week: skilled machinists and inspectors spending hours at a deburr bench because there's nobody else to do it. Overtime goes up, deliveries slip, and nobody wants to hire for a spike that may not last.
Air Capital Aerospace Services exists to be the other pair of hands. We take the finishing work off your floor, run it through a controlled process, and send it back ready for your next operation. Your people stay on the work only they can do.
